When I was growing up, stuff would happen and it would be the end of the world. My Grandma would tell me that was a “Backward Blessin’” She said that sometimes God would allow things to happen that we immediately thought was bad so that something greater could happen.

For me, a few years ago I really wanted a contract with a new homes builder. I blew the presentation doors off and everyone was impressed but I still did not get the contract. I later used the marketing materials and business plan in my own business.

Looking back, I would not have been able to pay my mortgage had I landed that deal! My business has grown tremendously simply because I chose to have a different perspective on it.
